I’ve lived through darkness — addiction, trauma, collapse, and rebirth. And that gives me an unwavering ability to sit with people as they step into theirs.

Here’s something I won’t hide: I’m still in the fire.

I’ve done the deep work, faced my shadows, and rebuilt myself more times than I can remember— and I’m still unfolding. Still evolving.

There are days where I feel the pressure, where I notice old patterns surface, and where I need to pause and recalibrate.

But I meet it all with awareness. I don’t pretend, and I don’t bypass. That’s part of what makes this real. I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from presence, from lived experience, and from the work I continue to do myself.
